The Trustees have issued several important communications to members since the insolvency of the Company, including:

Message from the Trustees, 28 February 2025:

“Following the High Court hearing of 26 November 2024, and receipt of the written judgement on 4 February 2025, the Trustees are in the process of sending a detailed letter to all members confirming the outcome and next steps. Members should receive this letter in the next few weeks, during March 2025.

“The letter will also be available to access on your online pension account, if you are registered. We encourage all members to register for Pension self-service. If you would like Barnett Waddingham to provide you with login details and your registration key for Pension self-service, or if you have forgotten your login details, please contact them on 0141 447 0799.”

Message from the Trustee, 5 December 2024

“Following our letter in November 2024 regarding the proposed merger of the Arcadia Group Pension Scheme (AGPS) and the Arcadia Group Senior Executive Pension Scheme (AGSEPS), we are pleased to tell you that the High Court has granted an order that enables us to proceed with the merger.

“This is a significant decision that will enable us to continue our work to deliver our longstanding objective of treating the Schemes equitably and fairly. No action is required from members and we will update members of both Schemes as we meet key milestones for this important project in 2025.”

The Trustees will continue to update members as the Schemes progress to buy-out.
