Your Pension Self-Service account
Protecting your personal information, and making sure only trusted people and businesses have access to it, is a priority for us. We take our responsibility for storing and sending your personal information and documents seriously.
You can access information, communications, documents and template forms, as well as update your details and upload information using your Pension Self-Service account provided by Barnett Waddingham.
If you have previously used the Pension Self-Service, you can simply login by clicking the button below.
If you have not used the Pension Self-Service account before, you will need to create an account. Creating an account is a straightforward process and should only take a few minutes to complete. Members need their registration key, their NI number and an e-mail address to create an account. If you don’t have your registration key, please contact the BW Pension Self Service Team – either using the ‘send us a message’ form on Pension Self Service or by calling BW on the Pension Self-Service dedicated helpline: 0141 447 0799.
Sending your documents securely
We would encourage you to send all your personal documents to us via the Upload documents section in Pension Self-Service. You will need to have activated your account first.
Once you are logged on, choose Upload documents from the menu and then follow the onscreen instructions to securely send us your documents.
